Day 5 and I am one cranky Momma!! I can just FEEL my nerves are bad, don't you just love knowing you're being a sour grape? I've tried hard all day to catch myself & have patience with the kiddos...it's not their fault I am detoxing from all the junk I've fed my body & breathed in from the environment all these years. But yeah, today I felt very on edge. My legs have been aching, nothing to really complain about but worth mentioning so you know what you're getting into if you decide to do the Reset! ;) I can't wait to tell you how awesome I feel by week 3(Restore Phase) I'm currently in the Reclaim Phase, and will enter the Release Phase (on Monday, Day 8!) Can you tell I'm ready to be done with week 1? hehe!!
Breakfast was once again ammmmmmmmmmmazing. I wish I could just eat fruit 24/7 I would be one happy Momma!! But, I can't. So I will have to learn to like my veggies a little more than I currently do I guess! Breakfast was 1 cup cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup fruit (I kinda added a little more just to get rid of my peaches b/c they were about to ruin!!) and 1/2 cup Greek yogurt w/ a lil raw honey to sweeten it.
